How to become a vendor at the 2027 Tucson gem shows

2026-10-17

How to apply for a booth at nine 2027 Tucson gem shows, from each show's own exhibitor pages: who to contact, what's published on booth sizes and prices (JOGS 10x8 booths from $3,750), deadlines and licenses. Checked Oct 17, 2026.

There's no single place to rent a booth at "the Tucson gem show". It's dozens of independent shows, and each one runs its own exhibitor sign-up. This guide covers nine of them, using only what each show publishes on its own exhibitor or vendor pages. Every page was checked on October 17, 2026. Where a show doesn't publish a price, a deadline or a contact, we say so instead of guessing.

Short answer: JOGS is the only winter 2027 show we found that publishes its booth prices (10 ft x 8 ft booths from $3,750). Colors of the Stone publishes prices for its fall show only. Everyone else gives you prices after you apply or ask.

  • Each booth includes 1,000 W of electricity (no coffee makers, rice cookers or hot plates) and free WiFi.

  • Scales: if you sell by weight, your scale must be NTEP approved and registered with the Arizona Department of Weights and Measures. Hart says unlicensed scales can be confiscated.

Quick answers

How much does a booth at the Tucson gem show cost?

It depends on the show, and most don't publish prices. As of October 17, 2026, JOGS is the only winter 2027 show whose own application lists booth prices: a 10 ft x 8 ft booth costs $3,750 – $4,400 and a 10 ft x 10 ft booth $4,750 – $5,300, depending on hall and zone. Colors of the Stone publishes $550 – $1,600 for its fall 2027 show but says winter pricing is being updated. GJX, AGTA, G&LW, TGMS, Hart (22nd Street), Kino and Pueblo don't publish booth prices; you get them by applying or contacting the show.

How do I become a vendor at the Tucson gem show?

There's no single application. The Tucson gem show is dozens of independent shows, and you apply to each one separately. JOGS, GJX, Colors of the Stone and G&LW take online applications, AGTA uses an exhibitor inquiry form, Hart (22nd Street) uses a contact form or [email protected], and the TGMS Main Show is invitation-only: you submit a request to participate.

Is it too late to get a booth for the 2027 Tucson shows?

Not necessarily, but some published dates have passed. JOGS' 2027 contract made full payment due November 1, 2026. Hart's refund schedule stops paying refunds on October 14, 2026 and its pay-in-full date is October 31, 2026. G&LW says applications are typically due 60 – 90 days before the show, with exceptions case by case. Contact the show directly to ask what space is left.

Do I need a license to sell at the Tucson gem show?

Yes. JOGS says every exhibitor needs an Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) license, which it lists at $12 per location for the year. Hart says exhibitors at the 22nd Street show also need a Tucson business license, issued at the show for $28. JOGS says no Tucson city license is needed at its show because it's outside city limits.

Can anyone sell at the TGMS Main Show?

No. TGMS says participation in the Tucson Gem and Mineral Show is by invitation only. Dealers submit a Request to Participate, and the Show Committee approves requests before it sends invitations.
